These butternut squash noddles are a healthier alternative to pasta and are keto diet approved!

These butternut squash noodles are so simple and quick to make and you won’t believe how yummy they are!

If you’ve ever had to diet, then you know that it can be hard to find delicious recipes that are actually healthy, and even harder if you are on the keto diet.

And if you love pasta, it can be really hard to give up this comfort food since it’s so convenient to make in short order.

In most cases, pre-packaged “convenience” foods are a big no-no when trying to maintain a healthy diet. However, this recipe features one time-saving convenience item that won’t have a negative impact on your health!

You can now find pre-packaged butternut squash “noodles” in most larger grocery stores and they are absolutely perfect for those nights when you need to get dinner on the table quickly.

Of course, if you have a vegetable spiralizer, you can always make your own “noodles” in just a few minutes.

What I love even more is that squash is one of the 50 cheapest foods so this recipe is not only yummy, but it’s also a dirt-cheap meal you can feed your family when money is tight.

Either way, you’re going to love this fast and delicious dish!
